With the Genoa Boat Show now in its prime, the opportunity to see some of the most interesting new products and eye-catching boats has now been there.
The show, however, is not over yet, and from the smallest hulls to the 100-footers, there are plenty of opportunities to explore and discover the nautical scene.
Where to start, however?
With this in mind, here are 7 boats over 15 meters to absolutely see at this 2024 boat show.

Boat show: 7 boats not to be missed over 15m

Warehouse M16 – 16.7 m

Launched in Cannes and now present among the Genoese docks, among the must-sees is Magazzù’s new flagship, a 16.7-meter walkaround available in inboard (M-16) and outboard (MX-16) versions.
With the new Magazzù M-16, in short, we are looking at a sporty and sleek hull, strong with a layout that uses every space to its fullest, to combine comfort and performance in the best possible way, with top speed peaks close to 50 knots.
Looking at livability, the deck plan is well laid out, with forward settee and sundeck, central wheelhouse and t-top to protect the open-air galley and cockpit lounge, and large aft sundeck.
Solution, the latter, which also offers the opportuinita of hiding the outboards in the MX version, thus offering, as in the inboard version, a completely unobstructed beach area.
Below deck, on the other hand, the layout includes two double cabins, a convertible dinette and two separate bathrooms on both versions.
In the MX case, then, the space “freed up” by the outboard solution then offers the extra opportunity to add a third aft cabin for the sailor.
Finally, interesting is the solution of the rigid D-shaped tubulars, an extra protection for the bulwarks and a detail that also obtains, as seen, increased interior volumes.

Genoa Boat Show 2024 – Cayman 540 WA – 17 m

With a new design that aims to become the category reference in terms of habitability, Cayman lands in Genoa with its 540 WA, or its brand new walkaround XL, a 17-meter overall capable of offering as many as three double cabins and a living area below deck, the latter a rarity on this size.
With a maximum beam of no less than 5 meters, in fact, the Cayman 540 WA proves to be a walkaround capable of making good use of all spaces, making its beam a not insignificant strong point, matched by a deep V-shaped hull with a deadrise of 17°, guaranteeing improved stability, both at sea and at anchor.
Motorization?
Inboard or outboard of your choice.
The deck, meanwhile, takes full advantage of the protection provided by the hard-top, offering shelter for the open-air galley, its dedicated worktop and command station.
Just aft of these, a large table for 10 overlooks the sofa, creating a convivial space that is not inconsiderable.
Comfort and relaxation, on the other hand, are taken care of by the two lounges on board: aft, with a large sundeck and folding bulwarks, and forward, with sundecks in the deckhouse and U-shaped sofas on the broadside.

Fountaine Pajot 67 – 19.69 m

Fountaine Pajot arrives in Genoa with its new flagship on the power-cat, motor catamaran front.
It is the Power 67, 19.7 meters long, 9.84 wide and capable of accommodating 4 to 5 cabins in volumes that are nothing short of amazing.
The intention?
Elevate the on-board experience toward the maximum available from the segment.
Luxury and comfort momentarily aside, it is first and foremost the numbers, in this case, that speak, because the new Power 67 not only offers between 8 and 10 berths, but also has a range capable of reaching as much as 480 nautical miles thanks to more than 4,000 liters of fuel capacity.
Propelling it all, however, is either a pair of 320-horsepower engines, or a 480-horsepower one, for unsympathetic speeds and cruising regimes.
Having crunched the numbers, however, it is a case of also looking at volumes and layout, starting with the main difference available: Gally Up or Galley Down, substantially different in terms of galley location and number of cabins available.
Moving the galley spaces to the main deck, of course, gives an extra cabin, otherwise occupied by the space taken by the galley on the lower deck.
On deck, however, volumes are impressive, to say the least, including an outdoor Jacuzzi, an exceptional fly and the large living areas on the main deck and in the cockpit.

Genoa Boat Show 2024 – Azimut Seadeck 7 – 21.7 m

After the Seadeck 6, Azimut disembarks in Genoa with the brand new Seadeck 7, a 21-meter high-tech, 40% carbon construction.
The signatures, again them: Alberto Mancini for the exterior lines and studio Thun & Rodriguez for the interiors.
Big news, with the Seadeck 7 we also assist to the debut of the new hybrid system with IPs (D13 1350), developed in collaboration with Volvo Penta, for which the hull will offer four sailing modes: Full Electric, Standard Hybrid, Hybrid Boost and Crossover.
Maximum speeds, for those interested, will be up to 30 knots in traditional mode, 11 kn in full electric.
Technical specifications aside, the new Seadeck 7 interprets the brand’s first hybrid series in its design as well, seeking solutions and layouts that look to a “return to nature,” and thus to an even more total immersion in the surrounding environment.
With this in mind, if below deck we find 4 +1 cabins, for up to 10 beds, it is on the outside that the design is striking, with innovative solutions such as the new Fun Island, which reinvents the cockpit to put it even more in touch with the sea by adding a lounge projected into the horizon.
Fly and forward lounge then make the pair, looking at an outdoor experience as en-plain air as possible.

Pardo GT75 – 22.85 m

Speaking of flagships, unfailing is the Pardo GT75, designed by Nauta Design and capable of embodying the shipyard’s spirit at its best.
At 22.85 meters long, this is a hull with a luxurious and elegant character, designed with the owner in mind who wants to experience his boat as if it were a villa on the sea.
Volumes, spaces, and layout are thus designed to optimize this style of sailing, offering exceptional outdoor areas-such as the large forward sundeck, rather than the cockpit with a protected lounge and convivial area and folding bulwarks-and interiors at the height.
Below deck, in fact, the layout is available in galley-up or galley-down versions, allowing the owner to experience the boat in a more convivial or more private manner.
The optional galley movement thus offers different configurations according to one’s standards, also offering 2 or 3 double cabins, depending on the defined set up.
In terms of specifications, the standard propulsion system includes three Volvo Penta D13 IPS 1050 engines (optionally IPS 1350), for maximum speeds of 35/36 knots depending on loads and configurations.
In addition, and in addition to the superior on-board comfort provided by the IPS, the boat is prepared for conversion to hybrid-electric propulsion at possible later stages.

Genoa Boat Show 2024 – Sanlorenzo SL86A – 26.7 m

Developed in collaboration with the Zuccon International Project studio, Sanlorenzo brings to Genoa its brand new SL86A, a testimonial hull of the shipyard’s “asymmetrical concept,” a solution that aims to ensure and maximize on-board spaces and volumes, improving overall usability and habitability.
All this, as evident, while maintaining the elegance and style intrinsic to the parent company at its best.
Thus, with the new SL86A we have a hull just under 27 meters but capable of offering surprising volumes, with unprecedented innovations in design choices.
The optimization of volumes and layouts, thus creates a yacht capable of offering maximum connection between cockpit, sea and interiors, offering, at the same time, a main deck totally dedicated to conviviality.
Thus was born a hull strong with an open-plan living area, with the aft salon now connected to a new unique space: the customizable forward dining area offering volumes never before seen on a hull of this size.
The new interiors, redesigned and more usable, are then joined by comfortable and well-maintained exterior volumes, to which is added a large flybridge from which to enjoy sailing and outdoor living to the fullest, in total comfort.

Apreamare Maestro 88 – 27.7 m

Closing this list is Maestro 88, Apreamare’s record-breaking flagship.
It is in fact the largest hull ever built by the Neapolitan shipyard, developed by architect Marco Casali and engineer Umberto Tagliavini, a totally customized, semi-planing shuttle 27.7 meters long with a maximum beam of 7 meters.
A hull far closer to the world of super-yachts than to that of the brand’s characteristic goiters.
Fully custom, by default it installs a pair of MANs of 1650 horsepower each, capable of 22 knots of top speed and 1,000 nautical miles of range at 10 kn.
For the first model, however, the shipyard went further, with a pair of 2,000-horsepower MANs.
Apreamare, then, fully enters the world of the “big ones,” with a shuttle that can only hint at the longest cruises and sailings.
In terms of comfort, everything customized, from cabins to relaxation areas, for a unique experience made to measure.
