We have received from the lawyers of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.a. a request for correction regarding an article we published on Sept. 4 entitled:
“This Lamborghini has become an 80-knot super boat.”

Here is the text of the correction we are publishing pursuant to Article 8 of Law no. 47 of February 8, 1948 “Provisions on the Press”

“At the request of the lawyers of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.a. it is hereby clarified that, contrary to what is given to understand from reading our article entitled ‘This Lamborghini has become an 80-knot super boat,’ there is no collaboration between Officina Armare and Automobili Lamborghini S.p.a, and the use of the images of the registered model Centenario Roadster and the reproduction of the trademark have not been authorized by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.a., which reserves the right to assert its exclusive rights in the venues deemed appropriate.”
