Simone Zignoli: Sardinia on a Yamaha WaveRunner

Simone Zignoli left on August 21 and is scheduled to arrive on September 1. To learn about the rider’s adventures, you can follow Yamaha Marine Italia on social media (click here), where Simone’s travelogue-style photos and videos will be posted.

Starting from the island of Culuccia, Simone’s adventure will follow an itinerary that will touch the most beautiful places in Sardinia, including Porto Cuau, Feraxi, a passage from Cagliari and then on to Sant’Antioco and Alghero.

Listen to nature, respect it and immerse yourself in a breathtaking environment. Simone Zignoli, Yamaha ambassador, is known to the general public for his appearances on the cult program Iene. This time he will take us on a discovery of an environment in which he will literally be immersed.

It will not be a relaxation cruise for Simone. On his journey he will sleep on the beach, feed on what nature offers while also coming into contact with the people and communities of the area. Speaking of sustainability, the tour will be an opportunity to connect with virtuous realities on the island that have made this theme their way of life.

Yamaha ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2050

It is no coincidence that this trip sees Yamaha Marine supporting its ambassador Simone. In fact, with this trip Yamaha presents Environmental Plan 50, a sustainability plan that runs through 2050. The Japanese manufacturer is making efforts in emissions reduction, recycling and awareness. At the same time contextually, it makes its resources available to support third-party activities that are already active with concrete environmental and biodiversity preservation initiatives.

“Adventure,” Simone Zignoli told us before the start, “has always been part of my DNA. Those who know me know that I thrive on it. Traveling, discovering, exploring, meeting people who can enrich me. I love to share each of my journeys, each of my adventures so that it can be the cue for someone else to “carve out” a chance for strong emotions and unique experiences. But all this always in respect and harmony with nature, the cradle of all my travels.”
