When it comes to boats and luxury yachts, Aston Martin is certainly not to be missed. He left his mark on the lines of the AM 37, an 11-metre open boat capable of reaching a top speed of 50 knots. The project is the result of the work of a team made up of Quintessence Yachts, Frank Mulder, who took care of the naval architecture, and Marek Reichman, Chief Creative Officer and Design Director of Aston Martin.

“I’m a designer and for me every product is interesting” – comments Reichman“Among the most engaging projects I think there are boats in addition to cars and one’s own home. They are beautiful objects that convey a feeling of freedom, power, elegance and speed. And the AM 37” – continues Reichman – “is the result of a collaboration with Quintessence Yachts based on the idea of broadening the horizons of the Aston Martin world”.

Luxurious and fast in the best tradition of British sports cars, the AM37 motorboats combine the adrenalin rush of an Aston Martin with the classy ambience of a unique motorboat. The yacht is therefore the natural extension of the brand because it transfers to the sea the concept of luxury and elegance typical of Aston Martin.

The references to car design can be read in many details, starting with the carbon “dashboard” of automotive imprint as well as the steering wheel with leather inserts. For the exterior lines, the greatest effort has been to maintain a balance in form and proportions, achieved through the use of a clean and essential design.
