The 380 America is the most recent proposal of the Cantieri Estensi, we had it announced before the Cannes show. With this new model, the manufacturer from Bergamo is adding a range to his well-known lobster Goldstar and trawler Maine. The 380 America is a reinterpretation of the lobster concept. Michela Muzio of ICM, the shipyard’s worldwide dealer, explains: “It is inspired by the classic Maine aragostiere, but revised in a modern interpretation. Destined for a refined and elegant clientele that knows the sea and its dangers well”.

The first approach to the eyes is unprecedented. The full forms of the hull are counterbalanced by a superstructure that is very low in height. Even if the deckhouse stretches almost to the extreme bow. As a visual impact, the dead work remains contained even when the T-top is installed above the windscreen, clearly inspired by the Mediterranean open. There are also sunbathing areas, with the main one at the bow and a secondary one in the sofa aft of the cockpit.

America 380, comfortable even in uncomfortable conditions

Muzio continues: “The 380 America is designed for those who want to choose a boat with a hull that can cope with difficult situations, while not compromising comfort and performance even in sea format, giving a softness to the wave, a silence and an absence of vibration uncommon. All in a classic configuration in line of axis”. But inboard is not the only possible solution. “In the near future, in fact, it will also be available with the version with two outboard thrusters”, the manager anticipates.

The latest addition to the Cantieri Estensi range is available in single or double-cabin configurations. It can also be adapted to the owner’s taste as regards the positioning of the kitchen, which can be placed either in the cockpit or in the lower half bridge.

Colours for all tastes

The customisation of the project is completed by the many colours that can be chosen by the owner to adapt his America 380 to his daycruiser, megayacht tender or weekend needs.
