The luxury market is always looking for new things to impress owners who are increasingly difficult to impress. Against this backdrop, Iguana Yachts, a well-known luxury boat manufacturing brand, was looking for a unit that would be able to broaden its pool of potential customers by lowering costs to become accessible to lower budget wallets. From these premises came the Iguana X100 amphibious inflatable boat (resulting in lower production costs and thus lower final price), a 10-meter rib with a center console and 600 horsepower aft that propels the unit up to nearly 50 knots.

The X100 is built as a powerful boat with a versatile layout, an amphibious family-oriented boat that is easy and fun to use . The open deck provides ample space for up to 12 passengers, and the helm console is equipped with GPS and Deepfinder.

The driving position is designed to give the owner maximum comfort and support with a seat for fun at sea, but also for when going ashore. Yes, because with this Iguana the ground-driving capabilities are expansive, a freedom of maneuver that has few rivals. It took 10 years of research and development to design Iguana X 100, and the result is amphibious tracks that are perfectly capable of adapting to the boat’s hull while sailing and then effortlessly descending at the touch of a button when approaching land. This amphibian can potentially handle any terrain because of its optimized design that makes its tracks powerful enough to move a tank, but designed not to exceed the pressure of one man per square inch. On the ground you will leave no more footprints of a walking human being while you are on a 600-horsepower amphibian.
