The Austin Parker family expands with the new Austin Parker Mahon 54, a model that is about to be ready as early as July 2021. With this motor yacht, more than 16 meters long with a beam of more than 5 meters, the shipyard aims to create a boat to live all year round with space on board for family, guests, and friends.
Austin Parker Mahon 54
Austin Parker prepares the launch of a new boat, it is the 54 foot Mahon, of which the first unit has already been sold. An ambitious model that reaches 17 meters in which the balance between interior and exterior onboard has been the focus of important studies. For example, the cockpit is large and is directly connected with the aft platform for the bathroom. The boat is then equipped with a voluminous salon that hosts two main areas: the salon-kitchen area where you can have lunch and relax or prepare food, and the bridge.
The style is clearly Austin Parker, but onboard this boat the shipyard adopts the new hull coloring. We can no longer see the classic deep blue that has characterized the brand, but a more modern gray “shark”. A new vision of the boat that, however, can also change color depending on the requests of the owner.
The hull is balanced and performing, it allows to navigate relaxed and safe even in challenging sea conditions. The unit sold is equipped with 2 Cummins 715 HP, in axle line; the project foresees the possibility to mount also IPS motorization (Volvo Penta 950).
Austin Parker Mahon 54 – Below Deck
.
The interior-exterior balance led the shipyard to opt for a below-deck layout with three separate cabins. Onboard the Austin Parker Mahon 54 so there will be the forward master cabin, which is connected to its own bathroom directly. Then there are two guest bedrooms and each of them is furnished with two separate beds and is served by a bathroom with a shower.
In addition to the three classic cabins, under the stern cockpit, there is a space with a crew cabin, sleeping place, and service bathroom. The tender instead finds its place in an ad hoc space. The boat will be one of the models exhibited by the Shipyard in Cannes in September.
