Bellini Nautica, a leading name in the restoration of Riva hulls and the sale of new and used luxury yachts (Riva and Cranchi first and foremost), has signed the binding investment agreement between its subsidiary Lusso Nautica and Rimini Service Yacht, a subsidiary of Blue Luxury.

Bellini Nautica and Bellini Yacht: how the merger happens

The agreement provides for a capital increase in Lusso Nautica, carried out partly by Bellini Nautica and partly by Blue Luxury through the contribution of the entire share capital of Rimini Service Yacht and the subsequent merger by incorporation of Rimini Service Yacht into Lusso Nautica.

What will happen next?

Upon completion, the share capital of Lusso Nautica will be 60 percent Bellini Nautica and 40 percent Rimini Service Yacht. But this is not the only news announced by Bellini Nautica, , a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and headquartered in Clusane on Lake Iseo…

Bellina Nautica : a new brand of luxury yachts

The board of directors also approved the formation of a newco, Bellini Yacht Srl, which is 95 percent owned by the company itself and 5 percent owned by Blue Luxury. Bellini Yacht’s Board of Directors will consist of Norberto Ferretti, Massimo Scagnelli , Battista, Martina, and Romano Bellini. In other words, a major new player appears on the luxury yacht market.
