Here comes the new Bluegame BGX 83: It is the largest Bluegame ever built and is, practically, a miniature superyacht. It will debut at the Boot Düsseldorf 2026 January 17-25.

Bluegame BGX 83

It had all started with an intuition that today we can call brilliant by Luca Santella. To unite fisherman, shuttles, open in a single sporty and modern boat. It was the early 2000s. Over the years came iconic models such as the Bluegame 40, but also catamarans and foil boats such as the BGH and, in addition, Bluegame has entered the orbit of the Sanlorenzo Group. Now comes the latest level of this evolution: the BGX 83, which will be the shipyard’s new flagship. This hull represents Bluegame’s peak at the moment and is, in practice, a “miniature” superyacht. In a manner of speaking, of course, because we are talking about an 83-footer, 25 meters long overall and 23.98 as type-approval length.

What a boat is the new Bluegame

We are talking about a crossover that enhances on-board livability for the owner. This is why the on-board volumes have been expanded to the maximum with solutions translated from the superyacht world where the group is a protagonist. How? With a full-beam master stateroom (6.3 meters) that opens to the aft salon, at sea level, from which one is immediately connected to the beach club. In addition to the hydraulic up & down platform, the yacht then also has a side opening (a folding broadside) on the starboard side for even more floor area available.

In this way from the cabin to the aft platform you are practically on one level, close to the owner to enhance the contact with the sea.

Behind this yacht is, once again, Luca Santella’s hands on design, joined by exteriors signed by Zuccon International Project studio. The first unit also has interiors by Piero Lissoni.

Cabins

In addition to the master cabin, depending on your preferred configuration, you can also have two or three VIP cabins to which you can also add a crew area, all on the same level.

The master stateroom

Going up on the main deck, Bluegame adopts an asymmetrical solution, with a single staircase positioned on the starboard side, to maximize the dining area. This choice frees up space for a bar unit and a customizable outdoor galley. This upper area is fully protected by 360-degree glazing to experience these spaces every day of the year. Still above, a sportbridge of sorts, with an additional helm station.

Motorization

This new to three Volvo Penta IPS 1200 engines (3 x D13 900 hp), which propel the yacht to a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 30 knots.
