After the space dedicated to the Tempest 50 by Capelli, a rib of 1700 horse power, we now move on to the “small” one of Capelli, the Tempest 38. Do not be fooled by the adjective “small”, because on board this dinghy there is all the space and power you need.

 It’s true, she has a cabin, two comfortable convertible berths in the dinette, a toilet with washbasin and porthole but the Capelli Tempest 360 primarily stands out for what she can offer outside, both in terms of living spaces and performances. Twin Yamaha V8 outboards, 350hp each, deliver a top speed of 47 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots, with an average fuel consumption of little more than 3 miles/nm (77 l/h).

Boats and shipyard: Capelli Tempest 38

This RIB or, if you prefer, this rigid-keel inflatable boat, is the youngest member in the Luxury family, the most exclusive line of the Spidanesco-based shipyard. Like its 40-and 44-foot predecessors, this boat features streamlined lines and a sophisticated deck layout: the bow is entirely dedicated to sun pads which cover a surface of over 4 square meters. An additional 2.5-square sunbathing platform can be created by folding the dinette table, situated near the wide boarding platform. Thanks to the twice Yamaha V8 350 cv the performance are excellent.

Technical features:

  • Loa: 11.97m;
  • B.max: 3.54m;
  • Engines max power: 800 cv
