They use only recycled fabrics even going so far as to make materials from old fishing nets. A new brand of nautical clothing is coming, called 4Sea, which in English is read “for.” As in: for the sea, to preserve it, to revive it. To give real technical content to their garments, those at 4Sea researched the best fabrics, as long as they were eco-friendly and recycled, 100 percent.

So they use only cotton or polymer fabrics that are recycled and, as mentioned, made from old fishing nets that would otherwise risk lying abandoned at sea. To give an even more connected feel to our seas, their garments have the names of famous places such as Giraglia, Porto Rafael, and Budelli. The colors also echo those of the Tyrrhenian Sea, in addition to the classic blue and white. Bright orange, sunshine yellow, mauve, apricot, and lavender are part of the wide selection that 4Sea’s garments offer.
