A new flagship (about 14 meters) and a new 10-meter walkaround. From
Saxdor
, after the launch of the all-new 400 GTC (we tell you about it here), two more models have been unveiled for 2024. Here, then, are the brand’s new cabin cruisers, outboard and with retractable bulwarks: they are the Saxdor 460 GTC and the Saxdor 320 GTWA.

Team that wins does not change. This seems to be the current formula applied to the two newcomers to the Saxdor line-up. In fact, looking at the two hulls shows the descent of the two models from the design that characterizes the rest of the range, with similar lines, always sleek and clean, and elements close to the shipyard’s family feeling. More in detail, however, if the 320 GTWA is likely to be a walkaround style
320 GTO
, the future flagship, the 460 GTC, will instead take advantage of the entire available beam, providing access to the forward lounge from the inside, through a walk-through carved into the windshield.

Looking at the models, the decision to keep the role of the enclosed glazed cabin central immediately emerges, a solution that while maintaining strong visibility and livability with the surrounding environment, which also offers maximum protection and comfort, extending the possibilities of enjoyment over different seasons and/or weather contexts. Testimony to this is also the sunroof, which is present on both hulls and ensures excellent ventilation of the environment.

Instead, the design changes between models, with the 320 GTWA featuring a pilothouse projected toward the bow, with the windshield tilted forward and a greater aft overhang of the roof.

The new flagship, will have a less “heavy-duty” look, with the windshield projected aft and sportier lines.

Less profound is the difference in terms of exterior layout, with both hulls offering a forward lounge complete with sofas and coffee table. Coming to the cockpit, however, the fold-down masonry will provide significant surface expansion. At the stern, in both cases, two swim platforms will surround the outboard propulsion, consisting of three engines on the 460, two, however, on the 320.

Coming to the interior volumes, which are necessarily different given the proportions, a layout has not yet been made official. They will, however, be cabin cruiser models, as can be presumed given the volumes and the raised forward deckhouse, a solution dedicated to increasing heights in below-deck areas. The cabin structure, in turn, will be dedicated to both wheelhouse and relaxation, with a comfort area placed, therefore, here, sheltered from the elements.
