Today a further step is taken, namely a partnership with an established name in electric boating such as X Shore, which has long been a promoter of a carbon-free approach.

has developed a new electric propulsion system for the Swedish shipyard
X Shore
. The company, a subsidiary of the Bosch Group, designs electronic systems for mobility in various fields, from automotive to marine to snowmobiles. Partnership starts with model optimization X Shore 1 born from the Swedish shipyard of the same name.

The propulsion system that Bosch Engineering developed for the X Shore 1 electric boat includes the company’s largest motor produced for boats, theinverter, and the gearbox produced by Bosch Rexroth.
