Scheduled for September 10 to 15, Cannes 2024 will indeed be a suitable chance for everyone looking for a new boat, whatever the type, style or size of reference.
But the hulls present in the French city will not be few, and to make your life easier, here is a brief preview of 7 new vessels not to be missed at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival.

Millikan M9 | 5.7 m

It opens the dances in the smallest vessel in this review, but not by any means to be underestimated.
At just 5.7 meters long, the new Millikan M9 makes up for what it lacks in length by being a catamaran, a solution that in fact boasts considerably more space than a monohull counterpart of the same length.
But that’s not all, because there are several aces up the M9’s sleeve.
First of all, the motorization, electric and assisted by a photovoltaic surface such as to guarantee almost unlimited autonomies at regimes of 6 knots… On the other hand, the other treat: up to 7 berths.
Impressive numbers for a 5.7-meter, but the secret lies in the design.
Each hull, in fact, accommodates a double berth of 200 x 110 cm while, the cockpit saloon, which usually houses sofas, table and galley, is entirely foldable thanks to solar panels, thus creating an enclosed space in which an additional 3 berths can be obtained… Two swim platforms and bow sundecks then complete the hull, making this small 5.7-meter a true Swiss Army knife on two hulls… To learn more, discover our in-depth article here!

Ranieri Next 255 LX | 7.8 m

Ranieri International brings to Cannes a little gem, a 7.8-meter complete with everything, ideal for the season ahead.
It is, yes, a dayboat, but with the new Next 255 LX, the design team has managed to pull off a small miracle, creating an agile and compact hull perfect for enjoying daily escapades or weekends away.
A new dayboat, in short, and even something more, because there is no lack of a cabin on board with a berth for two, thus also offering the option to extend one’s outings.
Looking at the motorization, the powers available are between 200 and 350 outboard horsepower, while, on deck, there is no shortage of a large forward sundeck, a sofa in the cockpit and an open air galley.
The latter, like the entire central part of the hull, is sheltered by a folding bimini, thus also offering shelter from the rain or sun of the hottest summer days. To learn more, discover our in-depth article and video here!

Wama 26S | 7.92 m

At 7.92 meters long, capable of planing at 45 knots and strong with a layout as compact as it is versatile, a boat not to be missed in Cannes is the new Wama 26S, from Wama Yachts.
Agile and powerful, powered by a 350- or 380-horsepower Volvo Penta V8, in Wama 26 is a hull designed with comfort and fun in mind, ideal for water sports outings, relaxation and speed.
Folding down bulwarks, huge modular sundeck and performance not to be underestimated are a clear indication of this, to which is added a forward cabin with berths, closing a package ideal for enjoying summer days to the fullest.
Available in W-Forward Drive or with outboard, this is a hull suited to a wide variety of needs, but set with water sports well in mind.
In fact, the T-Top not only provides protection from the sun but also offers the ability to be used for stowing one’s gear, maximizing free space on deck and offering a boat ready for all your little adventures. To learn more, discover our in-depth article here!

Merry Fisher 895 Sport (S2) | 8.83

Sporty look, smart exterior structures suitable for a variety of sailing contexts and up to 500 outboard horsepower (2×250 max), as well as sleeping accommodations for 4, but also 5 people.
This is what the new Merry Fisher 895 Sport, second series, literally an SUV of the seas, looks like.
It is, in fact, a compact but well-conceived hull designed for dynamic and adventurous activities, with capacious volumes and exterior spaces designed to maximize relaxation and comfort.
Two double berths below deck, then, but also plenty of volume on the main deck, with a sizable forward lounge, a large cockpit, and a salon in the pilothouse complete with galley, table, and sofas that can be converted into a fifth berth.
A boat, in short, that looks to versatility and longer outings, offering the maximum available in decidedly compact dimensions: just under 9 meters for just 3 meters of maximum beam. To learn more, discover our in-depth article here!

Iguana Bow Rider | 9.2 m

The Joker on duty, the “crazy” card.
Also at Cannes 2024 will be the new Iguana Bow Rider, from Iguana Yachts, specialists in amphibious craft and who, just at the French boat show, will present a hull that is, to say the least, unusual.
A crawler with twin outboards.
Yes, because, in good tradition of the brand, the Iguana is an amphibious hull, capable of gliding at 45 knots as well as moving ashore on its retractable tracks, with speeds close to 6 km/h.
Except for the ability to get out of the water autonomously, however, the new Iguana is also a vessel in its own right, with center console, large aft lounge and recessed forward U-shaped sofa, a solution, the latter, typical of the American Bowriders from which it takes its name. Lilybaeum Lipari 31 | 9.6 m

You have probably already heard of the Levanzo 25, the much-talked-about launching hull of Lilybaeum, a very young Made-in-Italy reality.
Building on the lessons and feedback born from that, a second hull is born, a deeply Mediterranean 9.6-meter day-cruiser, the Lipari 31.
Vessel, outboard-powered with between 400 and 700 horsepower, the Lipari 31 is a boat that looks to the more placid days spent at sea, with an important addition to its predecessor, a double cabin and a toilet, making it a good homegrown day-cruiser.
In terms of design, lines and deck remain rich in a dolce vita style, with sinuous curves and volumes designed for comfort and relaxation.
Double aft sundecks, bow lounge area and wet-bar then serve the “comfort & livability” component, with good attention to ergonomics and movement, in a layout that leaves free and protected passages, as well as ample space for rest and conviviality. Zodiac Nautic X10CC | 9.99 m

Not quite a Rib, the new Zodiac Nautic X10 CC is, first and foremost, a semi-rigid, the largest ever made by the brand.
Tubulars, but not only, then.
In fact, the X10 CC is a hull that knows how to combine the advantages of one with those of the other type, resulting in a marine and versatile vessel, in this case, also cabin cruiser, with a large double berth and separate bathroom.
On deck, on the other hand, she can accommodate up to 20 people, distributed between her large forward lounge, consisting of sundeck and sofa, rather than aft, where in addition to the triple helm station, under the hard top, there are two facing sofas and a large central table.
In terms of motorization, however, the new 9.99-meter Zodiach includes a twin pair of outboards, with maximum power outputs expected to total 900 horsepower, or a maximum of 450 horsepower per single engine, enough power to make it reach even 60 knots.
