Elegance and performance are the combination from which Epica 33 was born, a 10-meter-plus powerboat with modern lines designed for days with friends or family outings.

It all stems from the passion of 3 friends

Epica Yacht makes its official entry into the nautical world with the launch of Epica 33, the first model of the shipyard founded in 2024 by three friends (Matteo Jaehnert, Giorgio Colombi, and Alessandro Manenti) linked by a deep passion for the sea and family roots in the nautical industry. United by an ambitious vision, they created a project with a clear goal: to build boats capable of exceeding all expectations, both in terms of style and technical content.

Epica 33 wants to distinguish itself from competing boats by design and construction solutions that are usually reserved for larger yachts: these include the self-supporting staircase to access the foredeck, the steel and crystal cabin door, high-end finishes, and the use of fine materials. The exterior lines, designed by Marino Alfani, are those of an elegant speedboat rethought with modern stylings, such as the angular windows in the broadside or the very spindly and low stern. Every detail on board has been imagined and studied keeping the perfect balance between aesthetics, functionality and comfort as the focus.

The hull, designed four-handedly by the shipyard’s technical department and Engineer Gatti, was developed to provide high performance and ensure a stable trim, with low fuel consumption and optimal efficiency, without sacrificing a sporty driving experience. All interior furnishings are structural, a choice that minimizes vibration and noise while sailing. The below-deck cabin, ideal for weekend cruising, offers well-organized spaces, including a bathroom with a separate shower and an interior height of 1.85 m: the level of comfort here is also high.

The Epica 33 is powered by two Volvo Penta V8 engines of 350 horsepower each, which move the boat’s 5.8 tons to a top speed of 44 knots; performance is therefore top-notch and accompanied by excellent sailing handling.

Every boat produced by Epica is fully customizable to meet the owner’s specific needs; in addition, most components are produced in-house, allowing the shipyard to maintain full control over the production process and ensure high quality standards.

Epica 33 represents only the beginning, as the shipyard already has plans to expand the range with new models between 27 and 38 feet, confirming Epica Yacht’s commitment to offering boats capable of raising the standards of the entire industry.
