Today, a boat is also judged by how well it manages to put the owner and his guests in contact with the water. It seems obvious for a yacht, but it is not. For example, the new Sunseeker 68 Manhattan will be equipped with a platform capable of diving into the water.
Sunseeker 68 Manhattan: yearning for the sea?
Like having on board a beach complete with a shoreline from which to swim, go diving or launch yourself at full speed on the now-famous Sea Bobs, above and below the water.
All this with a large space nearby to stow everything, making it easy to both pick up and put away equipment. The boat has a large cockpit, a main salon area with seating and a fully equipped aft galley. In short, everything for fun with friends and family on a boat as sleek as a Sunseeker.
Interiors
On the Sunseeker 68 Manhattan, there was a lot of effort put into creating the right alchemy between the elements: stainless steel contrasts with lightweight fabrics, helping to create a floating, seemingly unsupported backrest for seating throughout the space. Thanks to the panoramic windows, the entire hall is naturally lit. Not only “sunlight,” but also artificial lighting. How? Thanks to the ceiling and furniture panels. Owners can choose from three lighting and entertainment modes. That is, the lights follow three particular modes: Movie, Party or Night. And the easiest thing is to manage it. Simple one-touch activation from a central control application ‘Videoworks’ is enough. What changes between modes? That you see different scenes that create a different environment depending on the time of day and mood.
The cabins of the Sunseeker Manhattan 68. There is private access to the full-beam master stateroom, with optional chaise-longue, sofa, storage room or breakfast table. A special use of wood was made in this area using a mix of finishes such as Wenge Satin, Silver Oak, Smoked Eucalyptus, and Walnut. In the standard configuration with galley located on the main deck, there is ample room for four cabins below, including two double cabins and a VIP suite forward.
