Ferretti Yachts 1000

The first thing you’ll notice about the Ferretti Yachts 1000 is that she’s a real flagship, the biggest ever built by the shipyard. It is a grandiose project, the result of Made in Italy design and craftsmanship, a concentration of talent and technology, the ability to innovate and craftsmanship.

The result is a majestic, versatile and spacious flagship that remodels spaces and changes the whole approach to life on board with brand new design solutions.

Ferretti Yachts 1000, lofty forms and timeless elegance

In line with the latest models in the range, it has a sporty outline, with lateral glass structures aft and amidships. Teak plays a prominent role, from the aft beach area to the curves of the hatch, the walkways, the stairs leading to the flybridge, and the external helm station. Ferretti Yachts 1000 features substantial use of carbon, on some parts of the superstructure and on the hard top.

The first Ferretti Yachts 1000 is configured in Classic style, characterised by soft, harmonious tones and light contrasts. The other option is the Contemporary style, which features fresh tones and bolder colours.

Balance on board

The interior design respects the nautical tradition of Ferretti Yachts, but it is so versatile that it leaves the owner plenty of choice in interpreting their own experience on board.

Ferretti Yachts 1000 develops over two decks full of comfort and can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins: the owner’s suite on the main deck and 4 guest cabins on the lower deck. The height on the main and lower decks exceeds 2 metres.

The relationship with the interior is one of habitability in a relaxed, soft and elegant atmosphere. The large full-height windows emphasise contact with the sea.

All the technical elements have been designed to be hidden by architectural details. Among them, the new Garvan audio system is made up of contained speakers perfectly integrated in the ceiling that guarantee high sound quality.

Ferretti Yachts 1000 reinterprets the concept of the stern

Ferretti Yachts 1000 presents a revamped stern concept with 40 m² of living space, which is on a par with super yacht sizes. It is an authentic beach club with direct links between the swimming platform and the cockpit, creating an open wellness area. An ground-breaking concept and patented solution provides for a comfortable ascent when the swimming platform is under water with 3 steps on each side that open as the platform is lowered, creating an extension of the stairs from the cockpit.

The cockpit is a large area bordered at the stern by a glass railing and is furnished with two comfortable sofas set against each other and a central teak table that can be converted into a coffee table or dining table.

The distribution of flows on board has been reinterpreted in an innovative way: from the cockpit there is access to the flybridge, which measures a good 55 m², by means of two staircases, from which it is possible to reach the bow, which therefore remains an area of total privacy.

On board the Ferretti Yachts 1000, the concept of space and ergonomics is ideally enhanced with a large salon directly overlooking the sea. The large full-height side windows create an effect of continuity between interior and exterior, offering the sensation of a terrace overlooking the sea.

The play of contrasts between warm tones and lighter, more delicate nuances is repeated in the furnishings. The dining area, suitable for ten guests, is connected to the kitchen. The latter, spanning a huge 10 m², boasts a comprehensive range of equipment.

The raised helm station has dual access for the crew on the port side and for the owner on the starboard side.

In the bow, the owner’s suite has a large walk-in wardrobe with a small sofa. The large full-beam bathroom skilfully combines marble and wood.

Lower deck

The parquet staircase connecting the main deck with the lower deck is embellished with LEDs that enhance the architecture.

It leads to four twin double cabins. All have en-suite bathrooms and are of the same generous size.

At the extreme bow, the crew quarters accommodate 5 members of staff.

Propulsion and technology

Ferretti Yachts 1000 comes with twin MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines delivering 2200 mhp, giving a top speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots (preliminary data). Alternatively, owners can opt for twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines generating 2638 mhp.

On request, the new yacht can be equipped with a gyroscopic stabilisation system and stabilising fins to keep it as quiet and comfortable as possible both at anchor and out on the waves.

The new vessel stems from the partnership between Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee (led by engineer Piero Ferrari) and Engineering Department, with exterior design work by architect Filippo Salvetti and a new interior design concept by Ideaeitalia.
