It will be the fascinating setting of the Venice Arsenal, during the Boat Show that opens in a few days, that will host the official presentation of the Fini 35 Full Carbon, one of the most anticipated previews of the 2025 edition. It is a new high-performance semi-rigid boat designed for a diverse audience and developed to encapsulate the best of contemporary experience in pleasure boating and nautical design.
Project of excellence
The hull of the Fini 35 is the result of a project that has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail, both in terms of engineering and construction, thanks to the know-how gained by the shipyard in the aviation sector. The boat features a wide T-Top that is light but extremely strong, and a habitable cabin that is perfectly proportioned to the size of the hull. The Fini 35 is offered in two configurations, namely with inboard motorization, which favors the habitability of outdoor spaces, such as the cockpit and the stern area, enriched by a large swim platform with folding fins that expand the walkable surface area, and in outboard configuration (available in the coming months), designed to offer even higher performance than the already high-performance inboard version.

Technology and innovation: the signature of Giovanni Ceccarelli
The project is the brainchild of Engineer Giovanni Ceccarelli and was developed with technical support from Tecnavan Interiors. The approach taken is concurrent engineering (a design method that uses technology to connect, collect and share product data among teams of engineers scattered around the world), with attention to material selection and targeted FEM analysis on the most critical components.
Collaboration with Fluid Engineering enabled fluid-dynamic simulations to test hull behavior at speeds between 16 and 40 knots, validating hull geometry. In addition, an aerodynamic analysis was conducted on the deckhouse and windshield to reduce drag and optimize stability at high speeds. Finally, Tecnavan verified the stiffness of the T-Top, confirming the goodness of the lamination design and fastening systems to the deck.

Aeronautical materials and processes: how they build the Fini 35
The construction of the Fini 35 Full Carbon employs materials and processes derived from the aerospace industry. The structures are made of carbon compositepre-impregnated with epoxy resin, laminated in clean room and cured in a high-temperature autoclave; all this ensures a compact, void-free end result with excellent resistance to delamination and osmosis.
The production of molds and masters was also taken care of in-house, taking advantage of the most advanced design technologies. The molds were made of specific carbon fabric, ensuring full compliance with engineering specifications. The construction technology adopted allowed a weight reduction of 20 percent compared to a traditional construction, with a significant increase in structural rigidity-a key advantage for fast sailing performance. The hull, with variable V, designed and validated through CFD, is an additional element that improves comfort and reduces fuel consumption.

“Full option” equipment and amenities
The Fini 35 is designed to integrate the most advanced on-board technologies. Master Volt’s CZone home automation system, controllable via a Garmin plotter installed on the bridge, allows for centralized and intuitive control of all on-board utilities. Comfort is guaranteed even in harsh environmental conditions thanks to the presence of air conditioning and heating below deck, an area where there is also a fully equipped galley with refrigerator, sink and induction plate and also a separate bathroom with shower, sink and electric toilet.
