It is called Finnmaster T9 ST and is the latest day cruiser launched by the Finnish shipyard of the same name, Finnmaster, which in this small 9.04 meters has managed to encompass not only a lot of comfort and sleeping accommodations for 4, but also innovations and performance that are really no small feat. Capable of more than 45 knots, the T9 ST does, in fact, offer several fine solutions, including a hybrid cabin structure with all-electric openings to open the roof and panoramic windows.

Agile and compact, the T9 ST presents itself as a boat that is in its own way innovative and able to stand out among the many, offering no small amount of comfort. From the cockpit to the below deck, every space is in fact more than utilized, providing exceedingly spacious volumes considering the overall dimensions (9.04 m x 3.23 m).

In terms of lines and exteriors, the T9 ST presents a sporty and sleek hull, with streamlined water lines and overall dynamism that is not inconsiderable, although balanced by the structural top, which instead projects aft, while offering, protection to the cockpit. And it is from this that the T9 gets part of its name, where ST stands, in fact, for the design’s characteristic opening soft top. Beginning with the Soft Top structure, in fact, the T9 features a particularly spacious and highly engineered Cabin configuration, with fully electric openings to manage the opening of the soft top, which opens wide to transform the cockpit into an open-air space.

As for the deck configuration, in addition to the deckhouse, convivial spaces are mainly condensed in the cockpit, where there is a large L-shaped sofa with table, additional seating and a wet bar, ideal as an outdoor kitchen. Just beyond, three seats face toward the bow, two of which are directly in the wheelhouse, while a central tambour provides access to rooms below deck. Also here, we also find a series of steps toward the opening windshield, a solution that thus provides safe access toward the forward outdoor spaces, ideal sundecks.

Shifting the focus below deck, the Finnmaster T9 ST offers space to accommodate up to 4 people. Indeed, we find a complex of two double berths, one forward and one central aft, which can also be used, however, as a lounge or convivial area.

Of course, to complete the package, there is also a separate service, so that this day-cruiser also becomes an ideal weekender.

Propulsion and Performance

Speaking of motorization and performance, the T9 ST first of all includes a pair of Yamaha F300NSBX outboards of 300 horsepower each, guaranteeing not inconsiderable speed performance, with peak speeds close to 46 knots, at about 5800 rpm. In terms of range, the tank accommodates up to 417 liters of fuel.
