Fjord 41 XP (13.27 m) is the new 1200-horsepower walkaround cabin cruiser

Entering the already vibrant walkaround scene is a newcomer, a fast, high-performance hull as well as a wealth of potential customizations: it is the Fjord 41 XP, a 1,200-horsepower cabin cruiser walkaround for speeds in excess of 40 knots.

At 13.27 meters long overall, the Fjord 41 XP echoes its predecessor
Fjord 41 XL
, but changing both the motorization-now outboard and consisting of a pair of V12s of 600 horsepower each-as well as overall length and available layouts. In fact, there are more than 20 customization options to choose from, both above and below deck-including the number of cabins and berths.

Fjord 41 XP – Exterior

Clean lines, characterized by broadside windows and vertical foredeck; these are the main elements that jump out at you, along with the T-Top and the pair of V12 outboards. Yet the exteriors in the Fjord 41 XP conceal much more, precisely because of the wide range of customization possibilities. Starting at the stern, unchanged in the versions, the two outboards are surrounded by a swim platform to continue the cockpit, where the differentiations begin, however. In fact, the aft area is available completely cleared or equipped with a double sundeck and convivial area, consisting of double facing sofas and a central table.

Further along then, under the T-top and just behind the wheelhouse, are three options related to seating and furniture. Here, although each configuration includes an outdoor kitchen, arrangements and supplies vary, with options intended to provide 3 or 4 seats and, depending on the layout, the presence of fridges, storage spaces and, even, additional BBQ space. Also located here is the wheelhouse, complete with the latest technology, and, just offset to the left of the boat center, access to the interior areas also takes its place. In the bow, on the other hand, beyond the windshield, there is space for a sundeck, recessed above the deckhouse.

Interior

Shifting our attention to the interior we encounter most of the possible combinations aboard this 41-footer. Beginning with finishes and coloring, interior furnishings also vary in no small way, ranging from layouts complete with double service and 4 beds, to single service and single double bed versions. Specifically, the internal layout is distinguished on three different areas. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a central dinette where, depending on the layout, you can find a sofa and private service; furniture, refrigerators, and utilities; vanity area and utilities; kitchen and utilities; and, finally, two bathrooms, one per wall.

Moving to the bow, the layout does not vary profoundly and we find in fact the constant double master cabin, where it is the accessories that change, depending on, precisely, owner preferences.

Indeed, it is aft of the dinette that the situation changes for the most part, ranging from layouts complete with a simple storage room to layouts in which a second double cabin is provided. In the case of the second cabin, a double bed, a sofa and a closet are provided.

Fjord 41 XP – Motorization and performance

In terms of engines, the boat will be powered by a pair of 600-horsepower Mercury Verado V12 outboards per engine, power that should provide over 40 knots of speed. The fuel tank will be capacious 1430 liters.
