A momentous innovation is shaking up the world of luxury yachting. Foiler, in collaboration with Bozca Design, presents Enata Marine‘s “Ghost,” the first 28-meter private foil yacht that promises exceptional performance, unprecedented comfort, and a futuristic design that redefines the sailing experience. Get ready to “fly” on the water like never before.

The Foiler brand, already known for its innovative yacht “Spirit,” is back to impress with an even more ambitious project: “Ghost,” a true engineering gem that promises to be the world’s first 28-meter private yacht equipped with foils. The announcement, which took place during the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2025, turned the spotlight on this extraordinary creation, born out of a collaboration with Bozca Design and built by ENATA, an international group specializing in research, development and production in the nautical and aerospace sectors based in the United Arab Emirates.

“Ghost” represents a true milestone, a turning point in the evolution of luxury yachts. At 28 meters long and 8 meters wide (expanding to 20 meters with foils in action), this cabin cruiser combines state-of-the-art engineering with stunning aesthetics and surprising energy efficiency.

Lightness and power: an unstoppable mix

The carbon fiber and titanium structure gives “Ghost” incredible lightness while providing exceptional strength. Thanks to ENATA’s proprietary foiling system, derived from the technology already proven on the “Spirit,” the yacht will be able to “fly” about 2 meters above the sea surface, reaching a cruising speed of 30-35 knots and a top speed of more than 40 knots.

“Foils radically transform the sailing experience,” says Alois Vieujot, CEO of ENATA Group. “Even at high speeds, passengers can move freely, converse without raising their voices, and enjoy smooth and stable sailing, something unthinkable on a traditional yacht. ‘Ghost’ takes this comfort and serenity to the next level.”

Expanded spaces and innovative design for a luxurious experience

With an interior living area of 133 square meters (not including cabins) and 52 square meters of outdoor deck space, “Ghost” offers generous living areas typical of larger yachts, while retaining the ability to be registered as a pleasure craft. The open plan interior can accommodate three to five bedrooms, including a private beach club aft with direct access to the sea, ideal for owners who desire adventure, independence and direct contact with nature. The full-beam superstructure maximizes interior volume, expanding the salon and optimizing natural lighting.

The design reflects a futuristic concept, characterized by flowing lines and a silhouette that evokes speed and lightness even when the yacht is stationary. Full-height windows create an almost transparent living environment, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the sea and creating a harmonious fusion of interior and exterior, flooding spaces with natural light.

Innovation and design: the signature of ENATA and Bozca design

“With ‘Ghost,’ ENATA once again demonstrates its ability to push the boundaries, combining aerospace engineering, state-of-the-art composite materials, and visionary design to redefine the concept of the private yacht. Both Foiler and Timur Bozca are collaborations we greatly appreciate,” Vieujot adds.

The interior features contemporary minimalism, fine materials and flawless integration of advanced control systems. Foiler’s signature front seats and joystick controls offer intuitive handling, allowing owners to steer “Ghost” independently with precision and ease. The soft, flowing shapes of the interior create a fascinating contrast to the more angular exterior, resulting in cozy, serene living spaces designed for effortless life aboard. An integrated, concealed crane system allows a jet ski or tender to be quickly put in the water, while preserving the clean, elegant silhouette of “Ghost,” preparing it for new adventures.

Conceived as a mass production and semi-customizable platform, “Ghost” marks the beginning of a new generation of foiler yachts. Construction is expected to begin within the next 12 to 18 months, with the launch of the first example scheduled for 2029. Prepare to witness the dawning of a new era in luxury yachting, an era in which yachts no longer ply the waves, but fly over them with elegance and power.
