Customizable attitude correctors debuted at the Düsseldorf 2024 boot Intercepta X-Series for boats from 50 to 130 feet from Quick Spa. The new products expand the Seacentric System MC² from Quick, the “stabilization galaxy” best known for its gyroscopic stabilizers, and join the existing In Series, designed for boats from 20 to 130 feet.
X-Series – Maximum Customization
The existing In Series trim correctors are organized into five standard models that can later be combined depending on the boat model on which they are to be mounted, for multiple installations of up to 8 trim correctors.
Instead, the new X-Series consists of four models-X50, X65, X80 and X100-which can be totally customized according to boat shapes and weights. The length of these outriggers can be chosen to the millimeter, and the position of the motor can also be changed, allowing installation in any orientation and position. This is certainly a solution that will make shipyards happy, as the extreme customization available in the X-Series allows for a “tailor-made” product that fits perfectly into any hull, without placing any limitations on the design and construction of a new boat.
The new correctors enter Quick’s Seacentric stabilization system, which includes Viator fins for stabilization while underway, Quick Gyro for stabilization while stationary, and Intercepta solutions for pitch control while underway. You can choose to install one product or all system solutions, for complete static and dynamic stabilization governed by Quick’s software that calculates with algorithms the response to the forces in play, to keep the boat stable at all times.

What attitude correctors are used for.
Attitude correctors are a product in the macro category of stabilization systems. They are also popular on small to medium-sized boats, in fact Quick with the In Series allows installation on boats from 6 meters and up.
These stabilizers are powered by a motor and are “driven” by a central system, which based on the dynamics of the boat goes to act accordingly by moving the correctors. A boat with trim correctors installed reduces pitching, sails and stays straighter and also more efficiently, effectively reducing fuel consumption.
