The Scanner Days, Scanner Marine’s traditional appointment for people to visit and try out their boats at sea. Given the success of past editions, the Novara-based shipyard has decided to double this year, with two dates and two different locations.

Scanners are inflatable boats made 100 percent in Italy, from design to construction. In addition to having a rather pronounced fast boat vocation, they also have considerable on-board comfort and lend themselves to daily use (as is typical for inflatable boats), but also from weekender use especially in areas such as Sardinia where they are very popular.

SCANNER DAYS IN GENOA: Sept. 27-28

It starts in Genoa, at the Marina Porto Antico, the weekend of the Sept. 27 and 28.

SCANNER DAYS IN GENOA: Oct. 3-5

The second event will be at Marina di Varazze on October 3 and 5. In addition to the models already in Genoa, the Envy 1100 (11 meters), one of the shipyard’s most popular models, will be added.

What inflatables there will be:

  • Envy 1100: among Scanner’s best sellers, it is a versatile, value-for-money rib ideal for those seeking the seaworthiness of a dinghy and on-board comfort in a compact size (read our test here).
  • Envy 1300
  • Envy 1500

On both occasions it will be possible to go on board and have a sea trial, but we suggest booking by emailing Scanner Marine directly at: in**@************ne.com
