Presented as a world premiere at the Düsseldorf Boat Show, the new Riva Iseo Super is the endothermic declination of the Riva El-Iseo, the shipyard’s first full-electric boat, launched just a year ago.
Riva Iseo Super
An elegant 8.24-meter runabout, 2.5-meter wide, the new Iseo Super features the typical stylings that have made Riva iconic-such as the polished striped mahogany treated with twenty-four coats of varnish, the steel details, the waterline of the recognizable aquamarine color. Every detail reflects the manic attention to detail that has made a name a legend.

The design is always signed by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design, the studio that has exclusively designed and engineered all Riva boats for the past 30 years.
An automotive dashboard
If runabouts are the cars on the sea, Riva can only represent supercars. Iseo Super’s dashboard is entirely protected by the full-beam windshield with the typical counter-curvature of the latest Riva models. In the dashboard is the 9-inch Volvo Penta chartplotter with analog controls on the right, or it is also available in a fully digital version with a 12-inch Böning screen.
An additional automotive-derived solution is the mooring hood designed to provide maximum hull protection.
Riva Iseo Super – Blanket
In the cockpit, the dinette is framed by a U-shaped sofa, with the table, on the starboard side, electrically liftable, which can be covered by the cushions and become an integral part of the seating. Behind the back of the settee is the retractable manual bimini, while aft, under the sundeck covered with the same Sky fabric as the dinette cushions, is the engine compartment.
The real news
At the heart of the new Iseo Super is the return of a range of endothermic engines. The standard version is equipped with a 300-hp Volvo Penta D4, diesel engine, which enables her to cruise at 33 knots cruising speed and 38 knots top speed. Alternatively, two gasoline, V8 engines, also Volvo Penta, are available: a 305-hp one (meeting Lake Constance requirements) that offers the same performance as the diesel one, and a 355-hp one, for those seeking maximum sportiness, that can take Iseo Super up to 41 knots of top speed.
The entire range retains the traditional stern-foot propulsion system, equipped with autotrim for ease of handling, and mounts Interceptor Zipwake for trim correction.
