An increasing number of boat builders are using outboard motors on big boats and this seems to have become a widespread trend. The Jeanneau Merry Fisher 1095 is the perfect materialization of this design choice. Far from being a 40 knot missile or a pilot boat for fishing enthusiasts (like the other Marlin familyโ€™s models), she does not force her owner to choose between power and comfort. Designed by Centowksi & Denert, this 10.5 metre boat is an advanced weekender. In other words, the perfect boat for your short range family cruises, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The Merry Fisher 1095 looks like a bigger boat and this character is enhanced by some special details, including an opening door in the coaming, recessed side decks, side access to facilitate movement and access aboard and, of course, sturdy handrails for additional protection and safety. The deck layout contains no surprises in the distribution of the spaces: a relaxation area in the bow, with two thirds of the upholstered bench seat convertible into a chaise longue with lifting backrest and the third central one, which can be removed to make the master cabinโ€™s companionway brighter and more convenient. Special mention should go to the large fender compartment located underneath. The bow is home to a large cockpit with L-shaped seating, where the owner can place an optional 4 people table. But the most jaw dropping aspect of this Merry Fisher 1095 is represented by interiors. Despite a length of just 9.95 meters, the boat indeed houses three double cabinsย  you will be impressed by the round modular bed in the master cabin a bathroom with separate shower, a galley, a deckhouse and a dinette which can turn into an additional double berth. Far from being a horrific labyrinth of dark rooms and tight passages, 1095 interiors are flooded with a great amount of natural light diffused through the opening sunroofs, wide sliding glass doors, and windows in the hull. The Jeanneau Merry Fisher 1095 is also offered in a 2 cabin version. Powered by twin Yamaha 300hp engines, the Merry Fisher 1095 confirms its good credentials: far from being a nervy fast machine, she is a comfortable cabin equipped boat which can touch a cruising speed of 25 knots.
