All about the Lamborghini Yacht
Sporty looks, excellent performance and attention to every detail sure are part of a winning recipe, especially when paired with prestigious manufacturing qualities and eye-catching designs signed by some of the best names in the business. But by themselves they do not necessarily make a product successful. Indeed, one must look at both the detail and the whole that these generate to understand the overall quality of such a yacht, and the Lamborghini 63 is in this case a great example.
The Lamborghini yacht project
The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 is, basically, a limited edition aimed at celebrating the founding year of the Sant’Agata Bolognese carmaker. But that would not be enough. Indeed, the partnership goes further, inspiring this luxury speed boat to the Siàn FKP 37, Lamborghini’s first hybrid super sportscar, resulting in a hull with an iconic design and excellent performance, with 63 knots of top speed, 40 knots of cruising speed, an ultralight GRP hull and carbon fiber bodies.
Of course, there is no shortage of detail and attention to comfort, offering, on this sporty 20-meter vessel, also several areas for relaxation, with aft and forward sundecks, cockpit lounge, below-deck cabins, and a dashboard fully inspired by the cockpits of the Emilia Romagna brand’s supercars.
Qualities that, between griffe, performance, style, and shallow draft, have been able to make this hull a must-have in the main luxury boating venues, offering a hull that, strengthened by the marketing tools of both groups, has been able to win the hearts of owners.
With more than 11 hulls sailing between Sardinia, Capri, Ibiza, Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez and Turkey, and another 6 between the West Coast and East Coast of the U.S., the numbers are certainly not to be underestimated, then considering the Asia Pacific markets where the hull is now gaining momentum, with several hulls also in Australia, confirming the Group’s positive expansion in the area. There is also no shortage of success in the emirates, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi boasting several prestigious owners as owners of several other Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63s. It is then not surprising to receive the award, then, “Motor Yacht under 25 meter” at the 2022 International Yacht & Aviation Awards.
