Just over 15 meters long by nearly 5 meters wide Menorquin 48 FB goes to fill the current gap in the range between the 42 and 55 and does so without betraying the Minorcan shipyard’s DNA. She immediately stands out for sophisticated workmanship of both solid woods and fiberglass and elegant, understated, marine fittings designed for experienced owners who know how to go to sea.
There are three cabins, with the master cabin in the bow, and a choice of a galley configuration on the lower deck or on the main deck. The boat’s considerable beam allows for two guest cabins aft, which, in terms of volume, are no match for the main one forward.
As we said, there is plenty of space outside as well, thanks to the two cockpits both forward and aft, connected by two well-protected walkways with no steps. On the fly: a second pilot station, another galley, living area and, again, plenty of square footage available to enjoy cruising.
In the engine room there are two Volvo Penta D6 440 hp each with axle line transmission. Absolute cruising comfort to sail a lot while enjoying the pleasure of the voyage.
