In 2022 Jeanneau introduced the Merry Fisher 1295 Flybridge, its flagship.
Now, with two years of additional experience, it is time to update the range, launching a new version of the company’s flagship.
Here it comes, ready for the 2024/2025 season, the all-new
Merry Fisher 1295 Coupe, a
12.41-meter designed to meet all the needs of the weekender and the small to medium cruiser. Designed to be a true home on the water, the French shipyard’s newcomer anticipates large volumes on board, with modular elements to increase its versatility, flanked by as many as 3 cabins, for up to 6 berths on board. Folding wall, wide bow lounge e glazed hall on the deck, they then make it a complete hull, suitable for a variety of uses, which is also well served by motorization, Up to 600 outboard horsepower.
Merry Fisher 1295 Coupe | Preview
With debut scheduled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 (Sept. 10-15), the new 1295 Coupe thus aims to be a hull that knows how to be a “base camp” for the most diverse uses, whether these are relegated to the calmest cruising, up to sporting activities, to which it winks thanks to the supports on the top, ideal both for equipment and for possible solar panels.
The cabin structure with central salon then enhances the volumes and livability on board, resulting, overall, in a hull that offers versatile usabilities suited to the most diverse conditions and seasons.
While waiting for her debut in Cannes, meanwhile, let’s preview the new Coupe.
Merry Fisher 1295 Coupe – Deck
The appearance of the new 1295 is immediately striking because it is explicit, already offering an idea of what the boat brings with it.
Indeed, the exterior volumes are well differentiated, clear in their intended uses and the potential available to them.
Immediately aft is the cockpit, with an L-shaped settee and center table facing both the salon present in the pilothouse and the fold-down, electrically operable broadside useful for expanding the available surface area.
In the bow, however, the layout speaks clearly, winking at relaxation thanks to the sunpad recessed into the deckhouse and the settee just ahead, a solution that creates a lounge area separate from the rest of the volumes.
The pilot-house, in turn, offers a central body that is protected and usable in all conditions, complete with a storage area on the roof, which can be transformed into support for photovoltaic elements.
Inside, on the other hand, surrounded by 360-degree glazing, is the salon, with wheelhouse, galley and dining/meal area.
Interior
Underscoring the cruising aspiration is the interior, equipped with twin toilets and no less than three double cabins, which are particularly well-lit thanks to windows in the deckhouse and on the bulwarks.
In the bow, the master stateroom, equipped with a double bed and developed over the entire available beam.
A complex that, in total, offers up to 6 beds, offering everything needed for small and medium cruising.
