The market for new starts at 25 thousand euros: with this amount you can access open boats between 5.5 and 6 meters, powered by a 40-hp outboard, thus drivable without a license.
This is the case with the Selva 580 Open and the Capelli Freedom 18.
Going up a little over 30 thousand, staying on these dimensions, there are two interesting walkarounds: Teorema 20 Sundeck by Kolmarine and Idea 58 WA by Idea Marine.
We close the entry level end of the market with Marino 660, from the Sardinian shipyard of the same name, a perfect boat for fishing.
Let’s start the mid-range from 50,000 euros, with Axopar 22 T-Top, a modern boat with undisputed success.
In contrast, Verga 1958’s Sestante 6.8 focuses everything on classic and timeless lines, a true queen of elegance.
Another boat born for fishing is the Tuccoli 210, from the Tuscan shipyard chosen by many fishing enthusiasts.
We close this range with the 75 thousand euros of theAquarius 3.0, which stands out among open boats for round and original lines, especially at the stern.
With a budget of 100 thousand euros we open the medium-high range: the reference size is 8 meters. Ranieri Next 255LX is a benchmark in the category.
Striking is the uninterrupted deck plan between the cockpit and spiaggette, which increases usability and the perception of space.
Also in this range, room for more classic lines: one cannot fail to mention Lilybaeum Levanzo 25, which stands out not only for its elegance but also for its value for money.
Staying with the theme, Mimì Libeccio 8.5 Classic: a gozzo that is still tiller-driven.
Returning to modern lines, Quicksilver 875 Sundeck brings us closer to 9 meters and offers an abundant sundeck with cabin below.
Finally, Saxdor 270 GTO starts at 120 thousand euros motorized: it is the largest in this range.
The high end ranges from 150 to 200 thousand euros. It opens with Nimbus Tender 8, which, as the name suggests, has enough quality to stand next to yachts.
And speaking of yachts, we have one in miniature: Aquador 250HT, everything you need concentrated in 8 meters. Cariati 26 by Brettium Boats is an atypical gozzo: the shapes are neither Ligurian nor Sorrentine, it has an outboard, goes 40 knots and…is made of plywood.
Finally, Beneteau Flyer 9 is the first boat on this size to bring in an openable foresail.
Beyond 200,000 one can simply indulge. Cranchi E26, a historic shipyard, brings a small boat available in two versions: runabout and bow rider.
Design is the focus of Frauscher 858: a floating supercar to stand out. Invictus GT280 and Vandutch 32 are two sides of the same coin.
High level and refined style, achieved with opposite solutions: all curves the former, all an edge the latter.
Reaching the 10-meter limit, De Antonio D32, with its “inboard outboards,” invents space where there is none. Fiart Seawalker S35 has become a benchmark walkaround for the category.
Finally, common mention Patrone 100, a traditional gozzo with a modern design, and Apreamare 35, which completely reinvents the typical lines of this class. It is up to you to choose your favorite.
