Indecisive between going caravan camping and going out on a boat?
From today you no longer have to choose just one of the options.
This option is a reality thanks to the Turks at Sealvans, and it is an innovative and versatile solution never seen before: the boat-caravan.
An idea that combines the freedom of camping with a passion for the sea, offering a unique travel experience.
What the caravan boat looks like
The two Sealvans models are distinguished by their dual nature as amphibious vehicles: on the one hand, they are comfortable caravans approved for road travel, complete with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
On the other, they transform into agile boats, ready to ply the waters of lakes, rivers and seas.
Both models are powered by an outboard motor (also available in an electric version), and optional extras include air conditioning/heating systems, a TV and other primarily aesthetic improvements.
The interiors are well-kept, with functional and comfortable furnishings: kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area are perfectly integrated into the available space.
Seal 4.20
The Seal 4.20 model (like meters in length, while they are exactly half, 2.10, in width) is the smallest and weighs 710 kg; it is ideal for couples.
Theinterior height is 1.98 meters, and there is everything on board: toilet, kitchen and dinette that can be converted into a double bed.
And of course command post with wheelhouse!
Sealvans – Seal 7.50
The larger “sister” is called Seal 7.50 (again, imagination helps to discover the meters in length, 2.50 being the width) and weighs about 2,500 kg.
There is really a lot of extra space here, with the possibility of making, in addition to the double bed, a third single bed, and lots of retractable telescopic tables.
Perfect for small families as well!
Sealvans ‘ vehicles represent a great innovation in the world of “outdoor living.”
This innovative solution opens up new perspectives for boating and camping enthusiasts, offering the possibility of exploring the world both by sea and land.
Who knows if they will catch on in Europe as well!
