It is the boat from which the success story of Cantiere del Pardo in the world of powerboats. More than 300 examples have been sold and this model is a piece of nautical history. Today it is reborn from the Cannes Yachting Festival where it all started with many aesthetic and technical innovations, including the possibility of being outboard powered.

The new model also introduces, among other innovations, such as a hydraulic stern platform that makes it easier to access the sea with an improved drainage system and the possibility of installing solar panels to promote more sustainable range. The windshield has been enlarged for greater protection, and the anchor nose has been redesigned with new features. The fuel and freshwater tanks are larger, allowing longer trips. A new boarding gangway makes access from the dock easier, while underwater lights help create an elegant atmosphere when at anchor. The new Pardo 43 retains the engineering and build quality that made the original model famous: vinylester resin infusion lamination, foam sandwiching for deck and bulwarks, carbon reinforcements, and carbon fiber T-top.

Refined styling choices, such as moving the air intakes to the outside and harmoniously integrating them into the curve of the bulwarks above the waterline, combine aesthetics and functionality. The descending sheer line gives the hull a more dynamic and sporty silhouette, while the further optimized hull geometry provides a smoother and more elegant hydrodynamic profile. Operating the boat is now easier thanks to a redesigned dashboard that includes a home automation interface developed with Garmin and designed specifically for Pardo Yachts. The bow area features a new front bench, perfect for relaxing while sailing. In the stern, the sundeck, inspired by the GT52, has been redesigned with slimmer lines to offer more space and comfort. The outdoor galley, designed by Foster, is equipped with an induction plate and barbecue. Attention to detail has been paid to the design: the T-top pillars, for example, are integrated into the windshield and make for a cleaner profile, providing greater stability. Side steps with concealed fasteners and new storage compartments on the sidewalls maintain tidiness and functionality, while the concealed sliding tambour seamlessly unites interior and exterior spaces.

The style of the interior14

The entire exterior layout is designed for freedom of movement and intuitive operation, reflecting a clear philosophy of life at sea. Below deck, spaces are widely customizable; in fact, it will be possible to choose a double cabin aft and a master cabin forward and en-suite bathroom, or a forward dinette with opposing sofas that can be converted into a double bed.

The Pardo 43 also offers the option of opting for outboard propulsion; the owner can choose between traditional Volvo Penta IPS transmissions (IPS500 as standard, with IPS600 and IPS650 options) or three Mercury V10 outboard engines of 400 hp each or Mercury V12 outboard engines of 600 hp each. Each configuration is paired with a dedicated hull developed specifically for the characteristics of the selected propulsion system, ensuring optimal performance. In summary, each new element perfectly balances style and practicality.

The word from those who build it

“The first Pardo 43 was born from a precise vision: to create something truly unique, a walkaround capable of combining performance, elegance and comfort as never before,” explains Gigi Servidati, president of Cantiere del Pardo. “Its extraordinary success, with more than 300 units sold, is the clearest confirmation of this. But for us, this milestone does not mean stopping: the new version is neither a revolution nor a simple restyling, but a natural evolution, the continuous refinement of a model that has already left its mark on history.”
