After the success of the“tender” version, at Boot Düsseldorf 2023, Nimbus unveils a preview of a potential “game-changer” in the 11-meter segment: it is called Weekender 11. At the point where Scandinavian design meets Mediterranean “turtleneck” wonderful things happen.

The Swedish brand’s Weekender 11 goes in this direction with the goal of offering a boat that can make for comfortable and enjoyable weekends on the water, while maintaining a sporty look (and performance). Let’s see what it will look like while waiting to see it live: orderable from spring 2023, deliveries for this model will begin in the fall of that year.

The weekender is becoming the backbone of mid-segment recreation. There is never time to spend entire weeks outside, so better to enjoy each weekend with a boat that has everything you need for that time frame. Thus was born Nimbus’ W11, for those who want to go from water day to weekend, without compromise.

Nimbus Weekender 11 – Exterior

Evolution of the W9 is designed to offer, clearly, more space and more options on board. These include a prominent aft lounge area equipped with adjustable seating, multi-person sundeck, wet-bar, gyro stabilization, ample space to stow water toys and all on-board equipment. This while maintaining plenty of surface area on the deck to allow easy movement on board.

The W11 is built with a functional Scandinavian design as the central element, in true Nimbus tradition. The interior layout and multifunctional seating arrangements aim to maximize the on-board experience whether social or relaxing moments. In the dashboard, similar to the W9, protection is provided by a large window and behind three seats.

The W11 also includes new features such as fold-down sidewalls (to increase board area) as well as an optional hydraulic bathing platform that runs around the outboard motors and is operated on a moment-by-moment basis.

Nimbus Weekender 11 – Interior and Engines

Below deck there is room for four people to sleep in two large bunks. Completing these spaces is a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.
