Official debut at the last Genoa boat show for the Northman 1300, a versatile boat with large interior volumes. Up to 8 berths, wide choice of engines.
A boat definitely out of the chorus, a very interesting boat. Northman 1300 made its first public appearance at the last Boat Show and impressed with its versatility. It is indeed a trawler with large interior volumes and original deck layout development.

Here, in fact, access to the fly, where there is a second pilot’s station, is not from the stern as usual, but from the bow, from a small lounge near the port side companionway. Also, in the cockpit, there is an external galley area, again on the port side of the hull, which is in addition to the interior galley. Here also, the aft settee slides on rails so that you can have dual dining table placement, traditional or on the aft platform.
Interiors
The Northman 1300 can be hadin both two- and three-cabinversions, like the one we visited. In either case the volumes are more than ample, with heights approaching two meters. If desired, two more berths can be had by lowering the dinette table on the main-deck. The 1300 is the fourth model launched by Northman, following 870, 1050 and 1200. The Polish shipyard, imported to Italy by Barcando, also produces the Maxus sail range. Northman 1300 is available with a wide choice of engines(ranging from mono 57 hp, up to two 250 hp) and is designed for a wide range of use, both in inland waters and on the high seas.
As we tell in the video, definitely interesting price.
