Traveling the watery side of the world, chasing an unreachable horizon, or stopping at one’s favorite ports–all dreams to which the Numarine 22XP seems to be able to give life. Presented by the site itself as a
“extraordinary compromise between aesthetics, volume, comfort and operating distances”
–
the Numarine 22XP promises to be a kind of private little world, to shoot the real thing in complete freedom and safety. And for the most enthusiastic, she can be seen live this September, at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022.
Numarine 22XP
Three bridges, a panoramic flybridge e large windows for total immersion in the elements while still ensuring comfort and total safety. This, in short, is the starting point of the Numarine Promise. All cleverly contained in a 22.60-meter boat.
Numarine 22XP – Exterior
Impressive lines at first glance elevate this 22-meter (22-foot) from the surface of the water. A gentle giant though, and one that really promises a lot to its guests. A boat, in short, where form follows function, where aesthetics gets
blenda
with abundant volumes by necessity, and where every line and every shape is reflected in the resulting comforts. A boat with really interesting potential, starting with the exteriors, which are extremely well cared for and definitely scenic.
Starting from below, an ever-present swim platform on the water facilitates bathing, games and loads, while immediately on deck, a large cockpit defines the open aft areas. Space abounds here, furnished with sofas, seating and tables, guaranteeing pleasant outdoor moments, shielded from the weather even while sailing. Also on the same level, in the bow, an even larger area absolutely dedicated to relaxation. In fact, a sofa with coffee table faces the bow, while two double sundecks face the abutments.
Finally, an extremely prominent flybridge crowns the exteriors, offering a truly enviable viewing deck with wheelhouse and T-Top. Here we find a third sundeck, even larger than the previous ones and, sheltered by the T-Top, a table for 8, an L-shaped sofa and the wheelhouse. Three more sofas are then offered in the aft area, facing a central table.
Numarine 22XP – Interior
Extremely bright, the interior would also seem to ensure considerable space. Indeed, on the main deck we find a saloon with two large sofas, tables and differentiated furnishings. A separate galley is also located on this deck. The lower deck, available in 3- or 4-cabin versions, first features a large engine room, positioned aft of the boat center, thus dividing the guest area from the crew section. Indeed, in the extreme aft we find, in both configurations, a single crew-cabin with a separate living area and private bathroom.
Alarge full-beam double cabin and a forward double cabin unite the two available layouts. While the distinction between layouts is in the central guest area, where a full-beam master cabin, or two separate double cabins can be obtained. In both configurations, the entrances to the cabins are separate, as are the services, each accessible directly from the cabin itself.
Numarine 22XP – Motorization and Autonomy
Finally, designed to allow ample movement and exploration, the Numarine 22XP offers not only large spaces but also significant range, 1,500 nautical miles at 8 knots. An impressive 6,000-liter fuel tank powers the twin Cummins engines with 850 total horsepower (standard version) capable of delivering up to 13 knots.Optionally, anupgraded option is possible, with 2 Man V8 1200 hp, to thus provide planing capabilities and potentially increase speed ceilings.
