It expands the range of Opac, a Turin-based company that designs and manufactures soft and hard tops and roofs, as well as custom solutions for large boats. The latest special workmanship is the design made for the Sanlorenzo SP 110 (33 meters long and 8 meters wide). For this yacht, Opac made a special anchor windlass in mirror-polished 316 stainless steel that can conceal the anchor when not lowered, keeping the boat’s exterior lines clean. Hydraulic handling drives a movable boom about 1.5 meters long that protrudes from the nose and is capable of moving, without oscillation, an anchor weighing up to 140 kilograms.

When the systems are closed, the anchor windlass is concealed by a fiberglass casing that echoes the lines of the boat, and the innovative windlass developed by Opac allows for more deck space. A second accessory made by Opac on board the yacht is located i vece on the flybridge control panel. Here the company has engineered a retractable secondary dashboard handling system that can conceal it completely and protect it when not in use.
