Cantiere del Pardo has renewed its partnership with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team for the 37th America’s Cup, scheduled for 2024 in Barcelona. The collaboration-started in 2021 for the 36th edition of the world’s oldest sailing competition-will feature the VanDutch 48 and the Pardo Endurance 72.

The two motor models from Cantiere del Pardo that will be alongside the Italian team in the America’s Cup are the VanDutch 48 and the
Pardo Endurance 72
. The new 22-meter Endurance range will debut in 2024, with delivery to the team scheduled for August. The yacht designed by Davide Leone Yacht Design – for naval architecture – and Burdisso&Capponi Yachts&Design – for interiors – will be the hub designated for theVIP hospitality of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team. Comfort amenities will allow team guests to enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, such as the very large 27-square-meter flybridge from which it will be a pleasure to watch the races.

The
VanDutch 48
is already at the disposal of Luna Rossa’s team in the Cagliari base and is the boat deputed to fast travel between the dock and the race course. With its 14.60 meters length and decidedly sporty lines (curated by Mulder Design) the VanDutch 48 is a high-performance boat propelled to more than 35 knots of speed from two Volvo Penta D11 engines from 725 horses. Fast and powerful, it is a very safe boat that is easily operated and offers plenty of space both on deck and below deck. The boat was one of the first launched after the
2020 acquisition of VanDutch by Cantiere del Pardo.
