Mansory and Sacs Tecnorib team up. The 1,500-horsepower maxi-dinghy, Pirelli 42 Special Edition, a fireball that winks at the taste of the Middle East, is born.
Pirelli 42 Special Edition
German tuners are partial to powerboats.
AMG and Cigarette
have long collaborated to create unique models with monstrous power at the stern. Another well-known case is that of
Axopar and Brabus
as evidenced by the latest addition: the
Brabus Shadow 1200 XC
.
Now it is the turn of Germany’s Mansory, which, together with Sacs Tecnorib, has created the Pirelli 42 Special Edition. We are familiar with the hull.

. From 35 to 50 feet, Pirelli’s walkaround range is a guarantee. Behind it is the
Mannerfelt studio
which oversaw the entire development of these inflatable boats, designed around the same philosophy: day-cruiser or luxury tender.
What’s so special about this Pirelli 42 Special Edition.
We come to the rib in question. From the partnership comes a limited run that at the Dubai Boat Show 2024 (Feb. 28-March 3) Has been presented in detail. First change from the Pirelli 42 are horsepower: 1,500 aft, outboard. Dispensing them are as many as three
Mercury 500R
.
Mansory then contributed to give a hyper-technological look starting precisely with the engines with custom graphics matching the color of the exterior cushions. To do this there are many exposed carbon parts such as the cockpit and other points of the wheelhouse: throttles and joysticks. The spoiler on the hard top is made of carbon fiber and perfectly matches the Hella spotlights also integrated into the top.
Icing on the cake? A special “starry sky” effect typical of Mansory, which has already been used on cars on several occasions. Other elements such as speaker boxes and air intakes always use carbon.
What about the booths?
Below deck this Pirelli has considerable space that looking at the outside line one would not expect. The interior is upholstered with waterproof leather whose color and quilting pattern can be customized.
