The Prestige 590, the latest creation designed by Garroni Design for the French brand, stands out not only for the huge amount of glazes surfaces on both the hull and the superstructure but also for the remarkable amount of space offered outside. The forward sun pad, for example, has the same same size as the one on the Prestige 680 .
In the cockpit, seats can turn into an additional relaxation/sunbathing area while, on the large flybridge, the forward sun pad gives the pleasant sense of an uninterrupted space in connection with the coachroof. This deck is also home to a galley, located just behind the helmsman’s seat, and a dinner area.
As contemporary yacht design requires, the main deck is characterized by a complete lack of steps. The galley is positioned next to the cockpit; opposite to it, there’s the entrance to the full-beam master cabin. The forward VIP cabin and the third double cabin, instead, are accessible through the forward slope. Power comes from twin Cummins engines and Zeus pod drive technology which includes joystick control and Skyhook trim tabs. The Prestige 590 is also the first fly model to adopt Ship Control: all services and systems on board are centralized and controlled via the touchscreen displays or even from smartphone or tablet.
