Prestige F5.7

The French Riviera is gray with a light but heavy rain.
Trying out a yacht is just what is needed to counteract this late September gloom.
Just beyond the clamor of the Monaco Yacht Show, in the quiet of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Prestige Yachts opens the doors of its new F5.7 to us.

The new Prestige F5.7 flybridge

A 17-meter flybridge overall, which goes on to renew a segment in which Prestige is already a leader, to keep it at the top of the category.
Just think that of the flybridge yachts between 12 and 20 meters sold worldwide, one in three is a Prestige.
But where does this success come from?
Erwin Bamps, vice president of Prestige gives us the recipe: speed of production, attention to detail, and value for money. Watch the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gV_DSTP3Lzo How often in reviews do you read “totally customizable layout”? Here, Prestige seems to follow the opposite philosophy: standardize the entire production. This does not mean abandoning a standard product to the customer, who can of course choose the colors, finishes, and materials of the layout, as well as possibly minor modifications suited to its use. But the structural layout remains the same for all. Only one engine available, a pair of Volvo Penta IPS 600 hp each, only one layout below deck. This means that all time (and money)-consuming work, such as electrical and plumbing systems, wiring, furnishings, etc., are optimized. Also, by not going outside the box, unforeseen contingencies do not arise that lengthen delivery times and raise quotations, and quality can remain high, since if a problem arises, it is solved once and for all.

Prestige Price

In short, a boat for everyone, or rather, everyone who is willing to spend at least €1,300,000, with the test model coming in at €1,600,000.
