The Quick demo-boat, a Nimbus T11

The world of boating accessories is huge because every boat and every type of boater has totally different needs. There is an Italian giant in the industry, born in Piangipane, in the municipality of Ravenna, which over the years has become the undisputed leader among accessory makers. We are talking about Quick SpA, which is able to conquer increasingly important slices of the market thanks to a design and production capacity that is always in step with requirements.

Quick, what accessories to have on board

We climbed aboard Quick‘s new demo-boat, a Nimbus T11 powered by two Mercury engines of 300 horsepower each. Clearly it was not a basic version, but a “full-optional” model, all equipped by Quick from bow to stern. Specifically, the company has installed the best of its accessories on board: water heater, anchor windlass (bow and stern), gyro stabilizer, battery charger, deck, interior and even underwater lights, not forgetting the bow thruster and all control panels. Now you may be wondering, “Nice to have all these accessories. But how do I handle them?” Easy, with the QNN, which is the Quick Nautical Network. It is basically an app on your plotter that allows you to manage all of this.
