Being able to avail oneself of powerful, usable and well-sized multifunction displays is certainly a great advantage. And not just for navigation, but for the entire management of on-board instrumentation, which is often preferable when entirely accessible through a single device. In light of this,
Raymarine
introduces the new Axiom 2XL displays, a sophisticated new line of Glass Bridge chartplotters aimed at high-end yachts with integrated in-dash solutions.

The new Axiom 2 XL will be the largest and most powerful navigation displays in the line of the same name, offering superior performance in combination with a simple and elegant operating system, Raymarine’s LightHouse.

Multifunctional Display

Designed to streamline the planks of luxury boats, the new models feature the brand’s exclusive HydroToughTM technology, a water-repellent nano-coating capable of ensuring effective touchscreen use in even the most demanding conditions.

In terms of size, the displays are available in 16, 19, 22 and 24 inches while, in terms of design, they are developed based on the new 6-core processor, offering more responsive performance and a 30 percent increase in rendering speed. To better integrate with multiple Axiom displays, cameras, radar, and sounder modules, the new Axiom 2XLs also offer extensive networking and video options, including NMEA2000, as well as three Power-Over-Ethernet ports.
