A Riva with a sporty look (ça va sans dire…!); a 48-foot open that brings the entire class of the Sarnico shipyard: Dolceriva is the latest Riva and is presented at the Düsseldorf Boat Show, from 18 to 26 January 2020, the first boat show of the new year.

Riva Dolceriva 48

Ferretti Group will participate with a selection of its most prestigious yachts: Ferretti Yacht 780, Ferretti Yachts 670, Riva 90′ Argo, Dolceriva and 48 Wallytender. The appointment is in Hall 6 – Stand 6D28 and Hall 5 – Stand E21.

The refined and elegant design presents a stern inspired by two models that have made history, such as the Ariston and the Tritone. Riva Dolceriva is a pure and modern open, where, however, there is no lack of craftsmanship.

The bow surface of the deck deck is made with the traditional mahogany gloss varnish in twenty coats, interspersed on one side with crystal glass with an incorporated skylight, which allows the cabin below deck to have natural light.

This 48′ is designed to live on board with unparalleled comfort, which challenges its market segment with some strong points: a brand new exterior design developed by Officina Italiana Design; maximum use of space on board; attention to detail that enhances the incomparable heritage of a brand that has played a leading role in 177 years of nautical history and success.

The exterior design is faithful to Riva’s typical elegance, which follows the trends of the latest generation runabouts, characterized by the automotive style used in an absolutely marine way and the expression of luxury with a more sporty character. The design of the hull window is the result of complex technical research by Officina Italiana design: generated by a black pencil stroke along the silvery side, which goes up towards the deck.

The stern area, completely free from the knockout, leaves room for an air intake made of carbon fibre with a steel edge. To make this boat even more unique, the windscreen stands out, characterized by a slight counter-curvature, a detail destined to become a Riva style.

In the bow stands out the casing in chrome-plated aluminium alloy, with a timeless look, completed by a mahogany mahogany rod where to hook the Riva flag, which recalls the components present on the models of the past.

The dinette in the middle of the boat is furnished with two large sofas that face each other and a central folding table in mahogany and stainless steel and can accommodate up to 8 people. In the middle of the dinette is the access leading to the space below deck, which can be used for storage or crew area, or for a second guest cabin.

Further ahead is the command post, with pilot and co-pilot seat. The dashboard is equipped with the Garmin Empirbus monitoring system, which aggregates the integrated engine and navigation monitoring functions, touch screens and the possibility of installing the manoeuvring joystick.

A steel and glass tambour allows access to a luxurious open space consisting of a dinette with large sofa, kitchen, bathroom with separate shower and wardrobe.

At the bow is located the spacious owner’s cabin, separated from the dinette by a sliding door in steel and glass.
