Rodman 690 Ventura CC – Exterior and motorization

From the wide freeboard and hull lines, the 690 Ventura appears, even at first glance, to be a sheltered boat with a sheltered deck, with high bulwarks accompanying up to the aft platform, from which to access the water. Here, between the two sections of the dashboard, we find the outboard motor. In the cockpit is the first convivial area, consisting of a standard bench seat, optionally expandable into an L-shaped sofa, to which a small table can also be added. In the bow of these, two ergonomic armchairs serve the center console of the wheelhouse, with on either side we find the two access corridors to the forward spaces.

A second and versatile lounging area is presented in the bow, with a double set of sofas, one at the broadside, the other against the console, ready to convert into a sundeck. In any case, both aft and forward areas of shade can be obtained, thanks to a bimini in the former case and with an awning in the latter.
