On Saturday, Dec. 6, at 10:30 a.m., the second edition of the Rome International Boat Show, an event that will take place at Pavilions 7 and 8 of Fiera Roma until Sunday, Dec. 14.

After the Bologna Boat Show leaves the scene in 2025, here is the “winter” boat show dedicated to small boats. Not just superyachts and exports, then, but a fair dedicated to ordinary boaters with hulls ranging from 6 to 12 meters.

About 100 boats on display

There will be over one hundred boats on display, all concentrated in the small pleasure boat segment (under 10/12 meters). This focus aims to enhance a vital sector made up of shipyards that combine traditional craftsmanship and innovation.

The presence of construction sites is markedly national, ranging from the historic hubs of Campania and Lazio, down to Sicily and Puglia, then up to Lombardy.

What construction sites are there

Prominent names include Nauticamato (with the Italiamarine brand), Sea Prop, Starmar, Oromarine, Mirimare, Salpa, Duelle Rib, Collin’s Marine, Coastal, Blu Rib, Miura, Immenso Boat, Rs Boat and Nuova Jolly. Representing powerboat Sicily, however, will be Marinello, Italmar and Trimarchi boatyards, while Salento Marine will participate from Puglia.

Rounding out the day cruiser offerings will be Lazio-based Cicar Nautica, Manara Marine and Naples-based Nautica Mediterranea Yachting. Space will also be given to gozzo boats with Cantieri Mimì and Nautica Esposito. Accessory and service exhibitors include Seaway, a watercraft manufacturer, Hidea Europe for marine engines and Geo Fer with floating dock systems. Of course, a number of companies dedicated to boating-specific services will be present.

A total of about 100 boats will be on display at the Rome Boat Show.
