The Hyper 5S marks Sacs Marine’s entry into the luxury yacht segment

A new chapter for Sacs Marine. After more than thirty years as a leading player in the luxury maxi-RIB market with its Strider and Rebel lines, the Italian shipyard is shaking things up with the introduction of the Hyper 5S: not just a 14-meter boat, but a stylistic and conceptual evolution that propels it into the realm and quality standards of luxury yachts.

Design and Comfort Aboard the Hyper 5S: The Christian Grande Signature

Designer Christian Grande’s vision was driven by a desire to maximize onboard livability and ease of use, transforming every moment spent at sea into a seamless and refined experience.

The clean, sleek exterior profile features a distinctive single-level flush deck layout, enhanced by the ever-present retractable side terraces. This solution is now widely used in the industry to expand the living space in the stern area (on the Hyper 5S, it increases from 25 to 32 square meters) and to create a sense of continuity between the hull and the surrounding natural elements.

Propulsion Modularity Catering to Four Different Profiles

The most striking technological and engineering feature of the Sacs Hyper 5S lies in its propulsion modularity. The boat has been designed to accommodate four completely different engine options, each capable of giving the boat a very specific identity and dynamic character: from 2x 850 HP MAN engines with Surface Drives to 4x Mercury V12 Verado 600 HP or V10 425 HP engines, from 3x Volvo Penta 480 HP stern drives to 2x Volvo Penta IPS 800 600 HP systems.

Hyper 5S: Below Deck, Space, Light, and Versatility Take Center Stage

The interior design is particularly noteworthy, with a focus on optimizing space and natural light. Below deck, the Hyper 5S features a layout meticulously designed to ensure extended stays and long-range cruising in the utmost comfort.

Guests are welcomed by a spacious, beautifully finished owner’s cabin, flanked by a bathroom with a separate shower stall. Rounding out the layout is a salon that can be quickly converted into a second sleeping area, bringing the total sleeping capacity to four.

Summer Debut and Premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival

The official debut of the new Sacs Hyper 5S is scheduled to take place as part of the SACS Destination event series prior to its major international premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September, where the model is poised to become one of the maxi RIBs drawing the most attention from the public and industry experts alike.
