SAN GIORGIO S.E.I.N. is an Italian company founded in Genoa in 1960 that designs, manufactures and customizes sensors, instruments and automation systems for marine applications, always seeking the most advanced performance and quality standards. Among other things, it developed and premiered at the Genoa Boat Show the first integrated monitoring system based on microprocessor technology for marine application.

San Giorgio S.E.I.N.

And still in the 1970s it already made the first capacitive reed level sensor on the market and with new exhaust gas temperature measurement and engine control units. Thanks to the “know-how” acquired, it is chosen by Veglia Borletti as a partner for the development and production of the new VSG “Gabbiano” line of instruments for recreational boating.

Today it partners with leading shipyards and engine builders, and with the same passion as in the past fifty years, it makes instruments equipped with the latest TFT display technology, IOT remote control, integration of new protocols and regulations. Its wide range of products is complemented by rudder angle / trim indicators, special OEM instruments and RINA / MED approved chart plotter navigation systems. For efficient product design, product validation, and internal R&D in 2019, SAN GIORGIO S.E.I.N. finally opened a laboratory to conduct various control tests to ensure that all systems designed and produced meet quality standards.

BAR ANGLE INDICATOR

The OmniLink series rudder angle indicator with a standard diameter of 52mm or 85mm is perfect for reading data from our 10-180Ω, 0-1kΩ, 4-20mA input rudder angle transducers. In addition, the indicator can self-configure in master or repeater mode.

LEVEL PROBES

SAN GIORGIO S.E.I.N. designed the first level sensor in reed technology in 1970 and has been continuously improving the quality of this product ever since. Made for marine use and made of AISI 316 stainless steel, the vertical level sensor uses numerous features that make it unique. Compatible with gasoline, diesel and water, it is available with standard VSG (300-10Ω), European (10-180Ω), tubular (0-90Ω), American (240-30Ω) or NMEA2000 output calibration.
