Sardinia Boat Show 2025: Porto Rotondo among big numbers, innovation and passion for the sea

Five days of boating, innovation and Made in Italy excellence. From April 30 to May 4, the Marina of Porto Rotondo hosted the fourth edition of the Nautical Fair of Sardinia, an event organized by CIPNES Gallura with the support of the Department of Industry of the Region of Sardinia. An event that has been able to grow year after year to become a national reference point for the sector. During this edition, Prince Aga Khan, recently deceased and founding father of the Costa Smeralda, was also remembered.

Sardinia Boat Show: participants

The 2025 edition marked an important milestone in terms of participation: 163 exhibiting companies and nearly 200 boats on display, with top-level representation among international nautical brands. Azimut, Riva, Sanlorenzo and many other players in the nautical scene chose Porto Rotondo to present their novelties, joined by important local shipyards and manufacturers such as Sea Water, Novamarine or G-Tender. But it is not only the quantity that made the difference; what struck was the quality of the offer: yachts, dinghies, accessories and nautical services proposed by industry professionals, agencies, brokers and shipyards operating mainly in Northeast Sardinia. Important business deals also materialized during the fair, such as the delivery of a new 3B Craft 330 CC boat to its owner, several direct sales and charter bookings for the summer season.

A rich offering for the public

Highlights of the event included the opportunity for visitors to try out boats on the water, a rich schedule of side events and shows, and a growing focus on sustainability and technology. In the Techno Green area, systems for charging electric boats, smart buoys for environmental monitoring and innovative solutions to reduce the ecological impact of boating were presented. There were also numerous in-depth moments with thematic talks involving universities, researchers, designers and representatives of leading companies such as Sanlorenzo, creating an active dialogue between industry, research and the territory. Further enhancing Sardinian identity were tastings and events curated by Insula, a showcase of local food and wine excellence.

The success of this edition has already turned the spotlight on the future. The 2026 edition is being planned, with the ambition to once again exceed all expectations, thanks to a formula that combines territory, nautical tradition and innovation.
