The year 2026 is still far away, but the news of the birth of Seaquip is official. It is scheduled for March 4-6, 2026 at Fiera Milano Rho and will be a new “boat” show. This time, however, boats are not the stars. The world of accessories and components takes center stage.

Seaquip, the Italian nautical accessories fair

A kind of Italian response to the Mets Trade, the trade show held annually in Amsterdam(this year from November 19-21) and considered among the largest international B2B events for the marine industry. The period chosen for Seaquip, March 4-6, 2026, is not random and aims to enhance a strategic time of year for the market, the early spring. This should, in fact, foster the interest and attendance of an international audience. Another strong point? Location. It’s no secret that Italian companies in this segment are many and all leading. This event is intended to be a B2B meeting point where business relationships can be forged and innovations that will determine the future of the industry can be discovered.

An eye to the future

Therefore, the fair will be enriched by a conference program: what will be discussed? New technologies, such as artificial intelligence, alternative propulsion and new materials. Leading shipyards, formally supported by the organizers, will be on site to create an exchange between buyers and suppliers. “The goal of the project is to launch an event that allows the European nautical market to meet in Italy, a leading country in this sector,” says Pierpaolo Ponchia, managing director of Easyfairs Italia.

“Milan, in particular, emerges as the economic center of the country and a strategic city, both because of its accessibility and its ability to attract professionals and investors from all over Europe.

A year and a half after its launch, more than 150 exhibitors are already expected. For more details, the fair’s official website is already online www.seaquip.it or e-mail: info@seaquip.it
