Let’s start with an assumption: as of today, it is mandatory to have such a sanitizing product on board according to MIT guidelines. There is now a range of universal sanitizers, Immuno CV-19 designed especially for your boat, complying with Ministry of Health guidelines. THE UNIVERSAL SANITIZER
Are they good for the boat? Of course! The former is a universal sanitizer that can instantly purify and sanitize surfaces effective on a wide range of harmful microorganisms. The product is ready-to-use and requires no rinsing and therefore no water, an important quality on board.
More importantly, it does not damage materials on board the boat because it does not contain chlorine. The product is safe and ready-to-use, without the need for rinsing. It is especially suitable where the use of water is not available or practical.
FOR AIR CONDITIONERS
The second was developed for the decontamination of air conditioning systems that are on board the boat and also helps to eliminate unpleasant odors that can form inside the cooling system.
FOR HANDS AND MASKS
Last but not least, a hand sanitizer and mask sanitizer that also works for clothing, shoes, backpacks, upholstery, and all contact surfaces.
There are many products for sanitizing and sanitizing, but only a few of these-including the line marketed by Italia Marine-have been recognized by the Ministry of Health Circular No. 5443 of Feb. 22, 2020, as actually capable of eliminating encapsulated “Covid-19” Viruses. In particular, those containing alcohol in a concentration between 60 percent and 95 percent were considered effective against bacteria, viruses and fungi.
