Innovation in support of tradition
Since that first water-resistant sports chronograph, TAG Heuerhas never stopped, and even today its watches are a favorite among sea lovers. A history, that of TAG Heuer, which should be respected and honored, but which cannot fail to be supported by the new technologies and materials that keep it in step with the times. The solidity, precision and reliability of the historic Aquaracer model launched in 2003, and which has now become a cult object, is due to the famous Calibre 5, an automatic movement from Swiss manufactures. In 2016, the Aquaracer model, which accompanies several sailors during regattas, was given a makeover in terms of styling and, in part, materials, achieving certification of water resistance to 300 meters. The perfect watch for those who sail at sea, but also for those who in the sea like to dive, and have a reliable instrument on their wrist.
Designed to withstand
The models produced by
TAG Heuer
have been designed to withstand extreme conditions, not just water, which is why they are extremely durable watches. Some models have accompanied historic regattas, such as Intrepid’s walk in the 1960s America’s Cup or Team Oracle‘s victory, also in the Cup, in 2013 in San Francisco. Perfect for boaters, divers as well as surfers, being beloved by sportspeople for its sleek yet sporty design.
